Converge Management was started in 2017 as a boutique management arm of Australian indie label I OH YOU. Beginning with just a handful of artists, the roster has expanded to include a formidable group of songwriters, producers and engineers who have worked on some of the world’s biggest releases in recent years. The aim of the company is to work with a select roster and to adopt a hands on approach with a heavy emphasis on management with an international focus.
