Through VMS, the company also operates the venue merchandising rights and vending operations at multiple venues across New Zealand and Australia.

With decades of experience in the merch game, Love Police ATM’s production capabilities are second-to-none with excellent relationships and service from all blank stock suppliers for apparel, headwear and “cut and sew” makers, world-class screen-printing facilities, embroidery services, offshore product sourcing and the best paper product printers in the region.

Love Police ATM prides itself on our attention to detail, quality, cost-effective product, presentation of product at shows and personality of our staff to deliver the best possible merch experience for our clients and artists.

About this role:

The Tour Coordinator is responsible for:

  • Tour management, planning and projections
  • Freight logistics
  • Sourcing and managing merchandise sellers
  • Strong communications skills and excellent organisation skills.
  • Management of touring stock and inventory
  • Preparation of tour merch settlements and reporting
  • Understanding of Excel, Mondays Project tool and SAP would be advantageous
  • Music industry or accounting backgrounds preferred.

Having proven experience working as a Tour Coordinator, coordinating operations and managing logistics in a similar environment, you will have solid experience working with artists and their managers, proven negotiating and relationship building skills, along with an ability to juggle constantly competing priorities. LPATM is a relatively small team, so you will need to be prepared to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done!

Whilst we would love to speak to people who have worked in the merchandise business, similar experience with transferable skills would be considered.  This role will work closely with the other Tour Coordinators and across the broader team as required.

With Live touring ramping up again, this is an exciting time for a passionate and motivated Tour Coordinator to join an iconic Australian music brand, to streamline our processes and operations, and to help take the business to the next level.

If you have all the skills and experience that we are looking for – and you are passionate about working in a thriving merchandise business in the music and entertainment industry, then we would love to hear from you.
